Waterproof Eye Make-Up Remover, Eucerin (1/5)

I bought this to try because it is lower in cost than the ‘designer’ brands and seemed good value.  The fluid sort of separates and needs a good shake before use.

I did not find this product effective in removing eye make-up. Least of all water proof mascaras and liners. I would need several cotton pads to achieve a clean result. That is exactly what you do not want when dealing with the eye area. The skin is soft and sensitive and one sweep should be all that is required.
